Responsibilities include:
Supporting Lead Validation Specialist to maintain validation requirement documentSupporting execution teams (DREs) and direct communication with supplier's validation/testing teamsSupport ing pack and vehicle validation processSupporting critical design review process for lithium ion cells/modulesSupporting cross functional team to capture the learnings into Stellantis best practiceBeing a member of cross functional team supporting battery pack manufacturing, release engineering, supplier quality engineering
Basic Qualifications:BS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or EquivalentMinimum 1 year of progressive experience in lithium-ion battery testing and validation; including cells, modules, and low/high battery packsFamiliar with automotive validation requirementGood u nderstanding of energy storage systems and vehicle electrificationGood Analytical and Problem Solving SkillsHighly Motivated and Self StarterDemonstrated Ability to Work in a Team Environment
Preferred Qualifications:MS in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or EquivalentDemonstrated experience working directly with battery supply baseExperience with PPAP and SPC processExcellent quality, manufacturing and product assurance planning skillsPossess excellent leadership and interpersonal skillsWorking understanding of PFMEA, DFMEAGood communication, problem solving, computer and presentation skillsOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
