Youll be a leader of Financial, Planning and Analysis team supporting Mexico country.Role Responsibilities Analyze business performance through trends of key indicators, specially related to revenues, expenses, and profitability. Consolidate, and monitor information, providing variance analysis from actual and management reporting.
As part of planning and forecasting activities, is required to develop and use financial models looking for the right inputs to provide financial projections.
Interact with different areas, other countries leaders in the region and Corporate.Responsible for the execution of operating plan and forecast modeling, detailed business analysis and reporting in support of business operations and key initiatives.
Serves as tactical, day to day business partner, establishing priorities to deliver comprehensive finance support to business teams including profitability analysis, initiative performance, and cost control.
Analyze business risks and opportunities and recommend action plans. Develops and refines financial models and analysis to support a changing business environment. Strong communication skills with demonstrated success, generating influence in consistency with Regional CFO. Detailed and organized in providing planning direction and guidance to multiple business and finance teams. Identifies and implements process improvement ideas within area of responsibility.Cross-functional contributor to the business.
Role Requirements Bachelors in economy or industrial engineering, education or equivalent skills are required, with at least seven years of related experience in finance area in multinational or financial companies.
Previous experience in pricing and market financial research are required. Advanced Excel. Advanced English level.Preferably, you will have experience on data manipulation with the use of tools (Oracle, Power BI, Hyperion, and other analytical platforms).
Energetic and creative with impeccable organization, written and verbal communication skills, and the utmost attention to detail.Ability to work individually, or collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines.
