Lead projects and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business Leadership for your assigned commodity / category and/or region as per Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan.

You will have responsibility for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve lowest Total Cost for specific product lines, High Growth Region Sourcing, Component Engineering and Sole/ Single Source elimination.

You will lead projects to transition components between suppliers coordinating all functions involved in the process. You will be managing several projects in dynamic and global environment. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provides and execute Procurement strategy, expertise, and best value solutions to the organization
  • Coordinate supplier transition projects with cross functional teams and supplier. Majority of cross functional teams and suppliers are global.
  • Prioritize projects based on risk/value assessment
  • Works directly with suppliers to assist them in effectively managing the transition in the required timeframes
  • Lead and drive constraint reviews and priorities
  • Proactive elimination of risks / issues that causes project delays
  • Establishes, develops, implements key metrics, and standardized reporting to enable continuous monitoring against business goals
  • Address conflicts within supply constraints i.e., capacity, engineering, material and labor, end of life
  • Maintain the accuracy level of a 100% on Set up supplier, and supplier master data | PIR setup; Price, terms, shipping
  • Participate in daily Tier meetings and operations review

Qualifications & Required Experience

  • Minimum 5+ Strategic Sourcing/Supply Chain areas/commodity sourcing
  • Experience working in global Team Environment
  • Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience
  • English Proficient
