Objective:

Administrate Proficiency training system, detect training needs, develop, coordinate and execute trainings in order to increase technical knowledge and skills of personnel design strategies to increase quality thru training initiatives.

Main Task Coordinate trainings related to personnel that works on shop floor. Develop and train shop floor personnel on different levels. Monitor and control Certifications expiration dates. Development of Job instructions based on manufacturing specs, procedures and visual aids. Support to Shop floor in order to implement initiatives.

Experiência y requisitos

Requirements:

Professional degree (Engineering) - Preferable 1 year of experience in the position, electrical or metal mechanic Skill in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications in all SBU's, usage of measurement tools and manual.

Experience as a trainer -preferable Trainings development English advanced demonstrated Knowledge: Abilities on Microsoft Office (Presentations, Macros, Pivot Tables) Basic knowledge on manufacturing processes.

Basic knowledge on project management. Data analysis and statistical reports Excellent communication skills
