We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a strong background in paid media, particularly with expertise in Direct Buys and Content Syndication, to join our team.

As the Content Syndication Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the content syndication strategy for our B2B clients across the Americas region.


Job Description:


Drive Data-Driven Lead Generation Campaigns:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement datadriven lead generation campaigns.
  • Work closely with vendors and partners to influence campaign strategy and ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize ROI.

Media Budget Management and Client Planning:

  • Take ownership of media budgets and planning discussions with clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on budget allocation and media mix to maximize campaign impact.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to keep them informed about campaign progress and results.

Forge Content Partnerships with Global Publishers:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with global publishers to drive impactful content partnerships.
  • Collaborate with publishers to develop engaging and targeted content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities that align with the client's brand and business goals.

Continuous Improvement of Media Buying Processes:

  • Regularly review and evaluate our Media Buying processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and innovative strategies to streamline operations and enhance performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the business at the forefront of media buying excellence.

Qualifications:


  • Solid knowledge of various digital channels and their role in the broader media mix.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B tech user journey, and the ability to tailor campaigns accordingly.
  • Proven experience in managing B2B Lead Generation Campaigns to drive meaningful results.
  • Highly numerate and commercially astute, with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized, ensuring precision in every aspect of work.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in influencing and active listening.
