Working with mínimal direction, this position will provide systems analysis, design, development, testing and support for mid-sized to large information systems

Responsibilities include:

Prepare detailed system specifications based on user requirements
Develop cost and resource estimates for project
Assistance Oracle DBA, with database design
Develop and code system components according to specifications
Prepare system documentation, including requirements document, specification document, test plans and user manuals
Perform unit and system test and, as needed, validation testing
Provide training to end users on deployed systems
Provide guidance to junior staff in executing systems development responsibilities
