- Monitor and control costs across Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Laboratory (R&D), Procurement, and ECR.
- Analyze fixed and variable costs, plant services, and manufacturing cost structures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support budgeting processes, track deviations, and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- Evaluate the financial impact of obsolete inventory and fiscal destruction.
- Ensure physical inventory counts are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial information to support internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and controls.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 3+ years of professional experience in finance, controlling, manufacturing, or product management.
- Solid understanding of cost accounting, management accounting, and manufacturing finance.
- Ability to analyze and understand financial processes quickly and accurately.
- Experience working with Excel and SAP.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Business-oriented mindset with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Advanced English proficiency.
