    Job Responsibilities

    1. Understand user requirements
    2. Understand software requirements
    3. Use UML diagrams and flow charts to translate user requirements into actionable steps
    4. Create Python applications from scratch
    5. Develop Python scripts tailored to specific needs
    6. Participate in SCRUM meetings to align with project goals
    7. Report progress using Jira to ensure transparency
    8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation
    9. Collaborate effectively with members of external regions to drive success

    Qualifications

    1. College or University degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field
    2. A strong desire to learn and grow professionally
    3. +3 Years of experience developing Python applications
    4. +3 Years of experience developing Python scripts
    5. Experience with Python data structures, object-oriented programming concepts, variables, file handling, exception handling, generators, iterators
    6. Proven teamwork skills
    7. Effective communication skills for international collaboration
    8. Proactive approach to problem-solving
    9. Proficiency in English

    Core Competency Requirements

    1. A deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles
    2. Proficiency in software management tools like Git and GitHub
    3. A solid grasp of relational database design and querying concepts
    4. Familiarity with agile frameworks such as SCRUM
    5. The ability to communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing
    6. Self-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

    Preferred Competency Requirements

    1. Experience implementing web applications using Python
    2. Skills in implementing front ends for Python scripts and applications
    3. Knowledge of C and C++ compilation processes
    4. Development of Raspberry Pi Python Apps

    Additional Information

    This position is hybrid; it's expected that you'll be onsite at least 2 days a week. The ideal candidate should reside near Naucalpan, Estado de México.
