Job summary
This role is responsible for managing Bison's Mexico operational activities with Mexican carrier partners, customers and equipment. The Mexico Operations Assistant supports all departments including Customer Service Dispatch Maintenance and Planning.Responsibilities
- Identification and resolution of all non-routine and time-sensitive issues that occur after regular business hours.
- Management of all after-hours satellite telephone and in-person communications for multiple city and highway fleets.
- Maintain strong communication with customers ensuring their requests concerns and service needs are addressed promptly.
