We are looking for a proactive and creative Financial Consultant to join us. She/HE will be a contributor in supporting our projects with financial institutions across MX and US.

Market Risk Consultant

What are we looking for?

English level
Intermediate B1+
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Accounting or Finance
2+ years of experience in financial risks, especially market and liquidity
Strong practical understanding of regulatory interest and liquidity is a most
Knowledge of banking sector products and processes
Experience working with databases and/or knowledge in programming languages (SQL, Python, R, etc)
Experience working in banking or consulting services with banking clients is a most
Experience in ALM tool as Focus QRM, Bancware, Empyrean, ZM, Polypaths
Experience doing risk reports as (CCL/LCR, CFEN/NFSR), Liquidity gap repricing
Prepeyment modeling, demand accounts
Motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills

Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or finance
FRM, CFA, or PMP Certification
Proven experience with data mining and relational databases, and database queries (Oracle and/or SQL)
Reporting knowledge using Tableau

Role and Responsibilities

Interpret how clients identify, measure, monitor and control market risk, liquidity risk, capital risk, and other key risks.
Ability to articulate the analysis and recommendations both internally and through client communication; in both written and verbal methods.
Requires excellent communication skills to work with clients ensuring exemplary completion of all projects. Engage with all levels of client stakeholders across many forms of communication.
Maintain the highest level of technical proficiency and knowledge of regulations, industry trends, and developments.
Proven time management experience is necessary for the effective handling of multiple projects.
