- Set up and manage users
- Handle role hierarchy, page layouts, and permissions
- Create reports and dashboards
- Ensure data integrity and governance
- Train new users
- Provide support for password resets and user maintenance
- Perform data cleanup and reconciliation
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales or Salesforce Administrator
- Proficient in English
- Admin certifications (ADM201 and ADM211)
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer
- Excellent communication skills
