We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
_Data & Analytics IT Director LATAM_ to lead complex and strategic data and analytics initiatives in Latin America.
As the Data and Analytics IT Director, you will be responsible for leading/scaling Global or Zone Data & Analytics programs and products for L'Oreal in the Latin America region and driving forward the Data & Analytics strategy of L'Oreal Group and the Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO) in the LATAM region.

-
Lead and manage teams, including establishing and managing transversal internal and external teams to deliver multiple concurrent Latin America Demands, Projects, Products.

Team leadership including mentoring, recruitment, performance goals and evaluations, and coaching.

Project management, including creating project plans, leading project team meetings and steering groups, preparing & delivering status reports, issue tracking and risk mitigation, monitoring of critical path items, and escalation of issues.

Financial management **including budgeting, purchase order management and financial forecasting.

Vendor management
including
contract management and **creating partnerships and defining ways of working with vendor teams.
-
Propose and
design sustainable and standardized solutions across the Zone.

Understand system technical/functional capabilities, including potential implications of system changes.
-
Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management. Collaborate with the Business Relationship Management teams in the preparation of business cases for project or product approval.

Facilitate QA process,** ensuring IT and UAT testing is completed to a high standard,

Facilitate
production issue resolution and communication with the support teams to minimize impact and accelerate resolution.

Implement change management process to capture change requests, communicate impact, request stakeholder decisions, and execute changes if applicable.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent
Spanish: - High level of
English:
Over 7 years of Team Leadership experience:
- A solid foundation in delivering Data & Analytics solutions including
ELT/ETL,
database / analytical, and
data visualizations technologies. - Cloud data platform experience (
Azure,
Google Cloud Platform) would be beneficial. - Experience with SAP and POS (Sell-Out) data would be beneficial.
- Demonstrate the
ability to think strategically and align data and analytics initiatives with the overall business strategy.
Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team, set clear goals, provide guidance, and ensure project delivery excellence.
- Outstanding **verbal and written communications skills
including **the ability to interact with senior levels of management and receiving and delivering challenging messages. - Ability to
work independently with a
high level of initiative** within a demanding environment. - Demonstrated ability to be a
team player, building
strong relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and maximize the value of data and analytics initiatives.
