Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.Responsibilities:
Partners across product disciplines, assists in managing the overall performance of a given product suite and monitors performance drivers for the products and portfoliosMaintains the Primary Business/Information Owner (PBIO), Data Guardian (default to PBIO) and Data Guardian backup fields in Citi's Systems Inventory (CSI).
The PBIO is assigned as Data Guardian only if there is no other Data Guardian in placeEnsures compliance with Citi Standards and Procedures, including Cross Border Data Clearance, Records Management and Information SecurityProtection of test data, in conjunction with Application Manager and ISO, according to Data Protection Standards (DPS) for Sensitive Data Management (SDM) for identification and documentation of data elements, as well as completing formal approval process with ISO assistanceReviews and approves the Technical Recovery Time Capability (TRTC) in the Citi System Inventory (CSI) to confirm application functionality aligns with business needsManages production verification testing (PVT) accounts and monitors account usage with timely escalation of unusual activityFacilitates the product development demand management process for Citi's Core Banking platform in Mexico, including prioritization of product backlog, securing funds, authoring user stories and test cases, and implementation business approval Communicates production processes and fix status to broad user base and distribute follow-up communication and escalation to key stakeholdersParticipates in and prepares materials for the Product Approval Program and related processes, ensures products are delivered and adhere to all policies and regulationsAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparencyManages issue and corrective action plan (CAP) discussions for the Mexico Core Banking platform to collaborate and advise partners on remediation actions and oversee actions for on-time completionOversees employee entitlement management system (EERS) feed and entitlement management, including attestation of entitlement roles and definitions, supporting quality assurance processes and approving access provision requestsEstablishes guidelines and oversees controls to define record types and classification of application data, including record retention, data privacy and encryptionManages annual attestation for enterprise-wide risk assessment processes, including determining the number of accounts and volumesDrives Citi Information Risk Assessment System (CIRAS) review process as the business approver for IT Risk Classification (ITRC) and risk assessmentsManages the data lifecycle, including data consumption, data cataloguing, implementing data controls, monitoring data controls and managing data concernsReviews and approves temporary access to functional and emergency IDs to meet business requirements, as needed Qualifications: 10+ years of experienceLevel of expertise and demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development disciplineExperience in and understanding of logistics or Industrial verticals experience with e-commerce solutionsAbility to make complex judgments and provide solutions based on sophisticated analytical thought comparing and selecting complex alternativesIn-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutionsAbility to apply ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution in complicated and/or novel situationsDeveloped diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customersExperience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers Education: Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferredDesirable experience in Data GovernanceAdvanced English proficiency required
