We are looking for a
AdOps Support Specialist to support our Team in
Mexico City

What You'll Do:

Full technical support
Troubleshooting & Incident Management, leveraging advanced analytics to find and mitigate current and possible future issues.
Development, setup and interpretation of advanced reports and BI models targeted to improve campaign results, enrich Teams with knowledge and educate clients.
Delivery of datadriven insights and conclusions to internal Aleph teams (Account managers, Growth managers), clients, and Platform Teams.

Crossfunctional Collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams (Leadership, Growth, Account management) to ensure technical solutions to ad campaigns

Sales support

Assisting sales teams with relevant tech solutions to execute efficient ad campaign delivery
Platform support solving platformrelated complications to ensure nonstop campaign flow (creatives, approvals, payments, policy, accounts, monitoring clientside issues)

What You Need For This Role:

3+ years of operational experience in roles related to Technical Support, Operations, Data Analysis, or Digital Media is ideal.
Proficiency in English is a MUST.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Data Studio is a plus.
Experience with CRM and workflow tools.
Experience working with Amazon platforms (e.g. Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) is a plus.
Understanding of the agency environment is a plus.
Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements is encouraged.
