We are committed to providing the highest quality of service to our clients, ensuring excellence from order placement to product shipping and sell-through support at the point of sale.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and results-drivenArea Sales Managerbased inMexico Cityto grow our business acrosslocal retailers and Duty Free / Travel Retail accounts. In this role, you will manage key relationships, execute sales strategies, and ensure our brands have a strong presence and performance throughout Mexico.The ideal candidate knows theMexican retail landscape , has proven experience with both duty-free and local accounts, and is skilled at turning opportunities into tangible results.Bilingual Spanish and English fluency is required.Qualifications5+ years of sales experience in consumer goods, beauty, fragrance, luxury, or fashionProven experience managingMexican local market retailers(department stores, specialty stores, and chains)Strong experience withDuty Free / Travel Retail accountsEstablished network within the Mexican retail and travel retail ecosystem is a plusAbility to manage distributors and complex account structuresStrong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skillsHighly organized, self-motivated, and results-drivenBilingual Spanish and English fluency requiredESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute the annual sales plan for Mexican local market retail chains and independent accounts, as well as duty-free accounts.Build and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors, and Duty-Free operators (airports, border stores, and travel retail partners)Achieve sales targets, margin goals, and distribution objectivesLead negotiations on commercial terms, promotions, and in-store visibilityDrive sell-out through effective promotions, product launches, and in-store activationsMonitor inventory, forecasts, and replenishment to maintain healthy stock levelsCollaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth executionAnalyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity, and provide actionable recommendationsEnsure brand standards and merchandising guidelines are applied consistentlyTravel within Mexico to support accounts, store visits, and key meetingsKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrategic thinker with hands-on execution skillsExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsSolid understanding of sell-in/sell-out dynamicsAbility to manage multiple priorities independentlyBenefits:- Individual Health insurance
