Summary:

Are you Looking for a jumpstart in the telecommunications field? Our IT team is looking for you

As the telecom tech, you will be responsible for phone system administration. Supporting and implementing new routing configurations and general system maintenance for our Tijuana Shared Service Site.


Job responsibilities:


  • Primary management of Telecom tickets
  • User creation, deletion, and configuration for phone system
  • System phone creation
  • Phone extension configuration
  • Creating and updating call routing documents
  • Maintaining telecom inventory documents
  • Creating and maintaining call reports
  • Configuring users on Calabrio (call recording system)
  • Troubleshooting system issues. Such as but not limited to
  • Call Quality issues
  • Failed inbound and outbound calls
  • Failed user login to phone system
  • Audio issues
  • Faxing issues

What are we looking for?

Required:


  • University/ College degree
  • 1+ years of experience in Helpdesk or Telecom support

Specialized Knowledge:


  • Knowledge of Networking, VoIP
  • Basic knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
  • Service now knowledge or any other ticket handling system

Language Level:


  • Intermediate English level

Computational Level:


  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
