    The Product Manager for Sports Medicine will lead the development and execution of the strategy defined for each product category, supporting the fulfillment of the objectives of the Business Unit. of product development plans. R esponsible for the local marketing functions of your product line seeking to achieve/exceed the financial objectives of the franchise focused on product and market development.

    • Interact with internal stakeholders (Logistics, Demand Plan, Sales, Surgical Services, MedEd, Regional/Global Marketing) in relation to the execution of the strategy
    • Achieve/exceed the financial objectives of the franchise (Revenues, DSO, STGP) Support to the Sales force (Portfolio training, definition of promotional material, sales pitch, sales tools)
    • Design and execute the strategy for each product line. (Preparation, presentation and approval of the annual Marketing Plan, monitoring of KPI's, monitoring and performance of new products)
    • Define and execute investments in instruments (CAPEX), spare parts (Spare parts) and power equipment Prepare the inventory forecast for each period seeking to meet the objective defined by the franchise
    • Comply with the rules, regulations and instructions of the SG-SST. Timely inform the employer about the dangers and latent risks in the workplace.
    • Participate in the training activities in OSH defined in the training plan of the SG-OSH.
    • Participate and contribute to the fulfillment of the objectives of the SG-SST.
    • Guarantee compliance with the rules and regulations of safety and health at work within the company and ensure the care of your health and that of your colleagues.
    • Comply with all the guidelines established in the code of business conduct and ethics (Compliance) to ensure that the reputation and good name of the company can be maintained in an integral manner. The other functions that are assigned according to or according to the nature of their role

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor ́s degree in Marketing of related fields
    • Previous experience in Medical Industry/Health care
    • 3-5 years of experience in the Marketing/Commercial area
    • English Advanced Level
