The MCA Testing Expert, manages the Control Testing Monitoring Program for the GCB Cluster ensuring monitoring quality, completeness, and effectiveness of Business MCA; in case of control breaches identified, escalates and follows up with the MCA Team to develop Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) that will address said control breaches.

Loads control monitoring results into system of record (GRC). Responsible of safeguard control monitoring evidence in alignment with corporate policy.

Publishes the Control Monitoring Operational Metrics report.

Performs Quality Assurance Reviews of Control Definitions, Control Design and Effectiveness, and Monitoring Definition.

Leads projects to improve effectiveness of the control environment. Promotes continuous improvement in all aspects of monitoring and testing automation activities (e.g., technical environment, software, operating procedures).

Documents key information management processes in alignment with the process design architecture defined for the IBCO Cluster.


Provides monitoring results to the MCA Team to analyze and integrate information for Quarterly and Annual Risk Assessment results (QRA/ARA).

Trains MCA Testers and other IBCO personnel.

Supports Team to provide information regarding MCA during Internal and External Reviews (i.e. Internal Audit, Strategic Franchise Reviews, FCR, Compliance Testing, Peer review, Regulatory Agencies).


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and drive the risk and control monitoring process from Start to Finish.
  • Produce the periodically results report communicated with all senior leaders in supported Lines of Business.
  • Facilitates and ensures Risk & Controls Standards.
  • Act as the Single point of Contact for MCA (Manager's Control Assessment) metrics.
  • Transform raw data into useful metrics and reportable information for senior leadership.

Qualifications:


  • Ability to run and manage conference calls with business partners, technology and functional peers from multiple disciplines to reach a common goal.
  • Strong experience of Risk & Control knowledge
  • Proficient with data analytics and storytelling.
  • 25 years of experience

Education:


  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
