As a Hardware Salesperson You will manage the fulfillment of the sales strategy through the personnel under your charge, following up on sales points with end customers.

You will report to the Director of Channels for the Architectural Coatings Latin America structure.


Key Responsibilities

  • You will ensure customer service for hardware store clients.
  • You will plan routes and participate in general sales meetings.
  • You will provide information contributing to decisionmaking.
  • You will prepare reports and presentations.
  • You will follow up promptly on client needs: orders, billing, credit notes, and delivery routes.
  • You will ensure sales goals are met.
  • You will manage credit portfolios.
  • You will handle returns.
  • You will identify needs with current clients.
  • You will follow up on postsale service.

Qualifications

  • Not required Bachelor's degree completed
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in the hardware channel)
  • Driver's license
  • PC proficiency, intermediate Office skills: dynamic tables, graphic formulas, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Mobile sales reporting platform familiarity
  • You will have to have skills like: Information analysis, negotiation, sales followup, customer orientation.
