    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate and understand business processes and prepare detailed business requirements and process maps
    • Analyse client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet clients' requirement and objectives
    • Convert Customer requirements to functional specifications and functional design documents
    • Configure, test, and demonstrate all aspects and processes within D365 SCM, Production, Procurement, MRP, Manufacturing, Cost Accounting
    • Participate in handling System Acceptance Testing, System Integration Testing, End User Training, UAT, Cutover and Go Live
    • Participate in the definition and configuration of data migration activities for the respective modules and understanding of the underlying data entities that make up the SCM modules D365 SCM, Production, Procurement, MRP, Manufacturing, Cost Accounting
    • Participate in the development of functional design documentation and technical specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans, perform SIT testing
    • Conduct functional testing of modifications and sub-processes during iterations
    • Design and develop D365 SCM solutions for clients making best use of Standard functionality in each respective module
    • Work closely with clients and other team members to define, design, and align the business application to the business requirements
    • Manage and deliver projects independently and can work productively un-monitored
    • Lead other consultants in delivering according to client expectations; take ownership of successful completion of deliverables and projects
    • Facilitate functional sessions and weekly status meetings with clients, including the ability to drive a client to decisions
    • Own project deliverables (status reports, documentation, test plans; take personal ownership of the success of deliverables and projects
    • Provide weekly status reporting to Solution Architect, Technical Architect, and Project Management

    Skills and Experience:

    • Solid ERP, D365 SCM/ Production and MRP and AX 2012 functional experience
    • Experience working on key supply chain module areas, such as: Procurement Cycle, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Engineering Change Mgmt, Quality Control, Distribution, Transportation, and the Sales Cycle
    • Experience on at least 6-8 end to end implementation projects and awareness typical implementation methodologies for Dynamics projects
    • Excellent communication skills, along with good analysis and documentation skills
    • A positive and can-do approach
    • Experience working in a collaborative environment
    • Advanced use Excel, Word, and Visio
    • Ability to work remotely and on customer site; regular travel expected including US
    • Appropriate Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications: MB-330, MB-335 preferable.
    • Experience using DevOps for tracking deliverables, risks, and issues
    • Complete knowledge on various supply chain module enquiry tools and reports
    • Have led a team to deliver a project module solution and deliverable

    Qualifications:

    • MBA /M. Com/ B. Com / B.Tech / B.E or any other equivalent graduation from a reputed university, Preferable
    • Certifications: MB-330, MB-335
    • Should have good hands-on experience on Dynamics AX 2012 with Dynamics 365 F&O and relevant procurement or SCM domain expertise would be preferable.
