- Support customers with Credit Cards (lost/stolen reports), Checking & Savings Accounts, Debit Cards, Online & Mobile Banking, Bill Pay & Mobile Deposits.
- Liaise with customers on Loans & Mortgages and other voice-related tasks as assigned.
- At least 6-9 months of call center experience in the banking sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills combined with effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working extended shifts is also essential.
