Our Ocean Import Specialist will handle ocean import shipments for our customers, ensuring the highest quality standards and providing service solutions meeting or exceeding our customer's requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and track customer bookings/orders.
• Notify customer of arrival and charges.
• Follow company guidelines specified by the business process team.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office suite. You must also be detail-oriented with ability to multitask meet deadlines. Previous experience in imports is required along with a high school diploma or equivalent education.
