Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Test Development Engineer located in Guadalajara North.

Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, the Test Development Engineer role involves

What a typical day looks like:

Responsible for developing, designing, and implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting.
Develops test concepts in quote phase and provide cost estimation to quote team.
Understands customer expectation, coordinates alignment of concepts.
Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, telemeter and record test data.
Develops or uses computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and

- systems or software.

Specialized Job Responsibilities may be required for certain positions.

These could include one or more of the following duties:
In-Circuit, Functional, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) and Systems & Software.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

Advanced English
Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
Understands customer expectation, coordinates alignment of concepts.
Analyzes and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel.
Support Test Engineers and Maintenance team to resolve test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.
