About the Role
In this opportunity as a
Sr.
Testing and Optimization Specialist, you will:
- In this role, you are directly contributing to the company's success by identifying, crafting, and analyzing solutions to our site experience across product discovery, customer journey and conversion optimization, and personalization.
- Work with crossfunctional team members and partners to generate test ideas along with coordinating and scheduling all testing activities.
- Manage the hypothesis library, testing campaign calendar, and results repository.
- Establish success metrics, interpret test results, share insights with marketing partners, and socialize them to the wider organization.
- Provide innovative recommendations for test campaign ideas based on best practices and thorough analysis.
- Contribute to customerdriven campaigns that align with business objectives and support the brand.
- Exercise strong attention to detail and project management skills to execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
About You
You're a fit for the role if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or related areas
- Background in statistics preferred
- 5+ years' experience in web/digital marketing; testing & optimization experience preferred
- Experience working on B2B Digital Sales scenarios and/or E-Commerce
- Expert technical knowhow in commercial experimentation tools like Adobe Target or Optimizely is a must (Adobe Target preferred)
- Ability to edit HTML and CSS. Coding ability in JavaScript and JSON is a plus.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a must (Adobe Analytics preferred)
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly, thinking critically and creatively
- Experience working with agile methodologies preferred
- Embraces change and is challenged by new ideas
- Proven track record of demonstrating initiative
- Ability to mockup creative solutions to sell through your ideas is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working with crossfunctional teams
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, including the ability to convey complex information in a manner that is compelling to individuals at all levels inside and outside the company.
- Energetic, forwardthinking
- Passion for online, marketing, and new technologies
- Working knowledge of Accountbased marketing tools and Data Management Platforms (like Audience Manager) is a major plus
