Working student Plant Maintenance in IT Services (M/F/d):

To support our Plant maintenance team in Global IT Services we are searching for a
Working student located in Santa Fe or Monterrey office.

We offer diverse and interesting tasks which require a high amount of self-responsibility as well as exciting insights into our Plan to Product Business Service within a global IT organization.

About the Role:

In your role, as a working student focused on manufacturing related SAP Plant Maintenance activities, you will be a key enabler for the Essity manufacturing.

Through diverse and interesting tasks, you will be working with IT and manufacturing global teams supporting SAP Plant Maintenance enhancements.

Your work will include a diverse set of tasks including strategic planning, project management, support. We require a high amount of self-responsibility, structured way of working and ability to deal with early-stage topics.

We are looking for competencies and experience in following areas:

Basic project experience
Basic SAP knowledge, preferably in S/4 HANA
Knowledge in Plant Maintenance related processes would be advantageous.

What You Will Do:

Participate in Essity SAP Plant Maintenance Rollouts in different countries in LATAM & USA
Participate in prestudies and breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources according to standard templates
Facilitate workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform asis analysis, understanding customer and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals.
Support development of business cases and support the portfolio prioritization process.
Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution.
Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to the designers to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the solution specification.
Support implementation of tobe processes, incl. training delivery
Contribute to find and implement effective solutions in a matrix organization
Support user requests and incidents management

Who You Are:

Key Competencies:

Bachelor or Master student in Mechanical/Electrical engineering, Computer Sciences, Business Informatics/Mathematics, Logistics or other relevant field with a focus on IT.

We are looking for competencies and experience in following areas:

Basic project experience
Basic SAP knowledge, preferably in S/4 HANA
Knowledge in Plant Maintenance related processes would be advantageous.
Fast learner, has a logical understanding, and motivation to work in a challenging surrounding.
Independent in way of working
Solution oriented and strong analytical skills
Interest in technology trends
Fluent in English & Spanish (written and verbal)
