Job TitleReal Estate Jr AttorneyPosition PurposeThe Jr attorney position should provide legal support to the Store Development team. It should be capable to draft and negotiate all types of real estate agreements.

Must be able to understand the needs of the Store Development group in order to draft legal documents that really reflect the terms of each negotiation complying with applicable laws, company's policy and FCPA regulations.

Primary Accountabilities

• Drafting and reviewing contracts.

All type of agreements specialized in real estate. Leasing, Purchases, Trusts.

• Negotiate Contracts.
• Coordinate and assist Escrow Specialist to address due diligence process, Title Issues, and assure closing process, including revision of Title Memos.
• Attend meetings related to store Development and Legal processes of all expansion project.
• Address all legal matters to provide support to Legal Team and Property Management.

Education & ExperienceLevel of Formal Education:
A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent

Area of Study:
Legal

Years of Experience:
Three to five years

Type of Experience:
Legal specialized in Real Estate matters

Special Certifications or Technical Skills:
Real Estate/Contracts. Excellent in communication with others. Fluent in English.


Other/Preferred:
Available for minimum travel.
