Position Title: Sales Director / Director de Ventas
This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, P&L, new growth initiatives focused on key wholesale account planning, Partner Stores and eComm business.
Years of Related Professional Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience with 5 years of managerial experience
- Experience within the Retail
- Action Sports / Fashion background including Sales, Key Account Management, eCommerce and contact with Partners
- Lead the commercial strategy of a unit/brand
- Direct P&L for the brand, including any decision which affects sales and profits, strategic perspective
- Brand management experience
- Responsible for leading a team of professionals including managers
Educational/Position Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proficient English skills is a must
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic approach for solutions
- Strong leadership skills
- High customer focus with the ability to drive for results
- Develops collaborative and diverse relationships (internal/external)
