YOUR ROLE:


  • Fully manage and lead product analysis and testing while documenting progress and results in the LIM systems.
  • Provide technical support to customer and analyze results after product release.
  • Record, organize and communicate results/data from experiments and testing.
  • Explore new technology, product, or performance improvement opportunities.
  • Observe safety and environmental guidelines while handling products.
  • Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations, standards and policies.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, production and sourcing teams to develop new products and nurture current product lines through product.
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leverage their feedback to optimize processes towards customer requirements.

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or science related fields.
  • Advanced English.
  • 23 previous years of experience in PD and research or development of thesis and related projects in PD.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork and passion for developing in the area of PD and research.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
