Our amazing global client is seeking Jr. IT Bilingual Support to work on site at their Nuevo Leon, Mexico offices.Offer:

Skills:
*Fluent in written American English (and/or UK English).
*Technical support call center experience is preferred.
*Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm.
*Excellent/proven technical knowledge in computers, specifically PC troubleshooting, knowledge in OS, /Windows 10/Windows 11.
*Maintains an in depth knowledge of the anti virus products and processes.
*Customer focused and service-oriented.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Understanding of service levels.

*Works well with others.
*Motivates and reinforces teamwork.
*Solicits the input and involvement of others.
*Develops rapport and trust.
Office location:
*Corporativo Santa Maria, Nuevo León, México.
