Main Purpose:


Assess current Opex operation model focusing in reporting and KPIs by identifying the cause of problems and presenting the most suitable solutions leveraging GBS best practices in other to improve current process and ensure a controlled and harmonized operation across the sector always centered in employee experience and added value for the business.

Responsible for ensuring correct calculations of OPEX and guarantee on time payments reporting directly to Opex Lead. Develop solutions implementation plans and design GBS Opex services transitions (Scope, Timeline and HC required).

  • Deliver OPEX service to all employees, control and monitor OPEX consolidation process.
  • Accountable for operational excellence and delivery of productivity through team efficiency & OPEX accuracy.
  • Guarantee reporting for OPEX processes execution and delivery on time for all NA.
  • Alignment with control team and ensure correct accounting records & OPEX adjustments across NA.
  • Review and approve reports for OPEX before sharing and accountable for any variation on OPEX.
  • Lead account conciliation after OPEX payout for NA and support other business units.
  • Oversee MBS Opex organization's ongoing operations KPIs metrics/Performance and provides support/stewardship.
  • Provide long term view on Automation/Digitization Opportunities based on global benchmarks.
  • Define Governance and Operating Models including the issue resolution.
  • Develop a portfolio of Automation Tools & Best Practices.

Skills:

Preferred Work Experience: - 8 years

  • Strong English oral and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field
  • Functional knowledge of Payroll processes
  • Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
  • Experience using My Services or case management system
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Team player and highly collaborative
  • Networking, collaboration and influence to establish strong and credible relationships with internal clients
  • Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
