BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • The Omnichannel Excellence Lead partner with EM Commercial Organization to optimize and maximize omnichannel marketing performance and capabilities.
  • This role is a strategic partner in deploying the omnichannel approach, advising EM Portfolio Marketing Leads on the optimal type of digital content to address customer engagement goals to maximize the engagement rates.
  • The Omnichannel Excellence Lead will also manage the EM Content Hub, ensuring efficient execution by maximizing GLocal content and addressing the EM needs with effective content production. This role also oversees the effectiveness of the EMCO content approval process for agile approval and is always in compliance.
  • Lead an efficient endtoend content management process, ensuring the maximization of Glocal content reusage and EMCO content creation for omnichannel deployment with high relevance index for EM customers.
  • Monitor content management performance and maximize customer satisfaction with the omnichannel content delivered by EM Content Hub.
  • Support Omnichannel Excellence capabilities building with EMCO team and in countries marketing colleagues across EM countries.
  • Develop Omnichannel Excellence optimization plans in partnership with CMO, Pfizer Digital, and EMCO team
  • Support implementation across EM of content management platforms.
  • Building a process to test materials in different destination channels supporting an optimized content ecosystem.
  • In partnership with BAI and CMO, construct and monitor actionable analytics to evaluate content performance and improve omnichannel content mROI.
  • Benchmark KPIs and implement improvements in omnichannel content creation.
  • Manage end to end digital content customization production
  • Develop content calendar plans with EMCO team
  • Manage Content Hub Production Operations, to ensure efficiencies and Glocal maximization and adoption
  • Optimize content approval process, in partnership with MLR (for content produced by EM Content Hub)
  • Track and analyze content adoption and content engagement effectiveness KPIs to define improvement plans
  • Align with CMO to maximize resources and share/import best practices and guidelines to ensure an efficient collaboration

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Degree qualification: BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience with digital marketing, content strategy and/or content management, messaging and positioning, copywriting, and agency management.
  • Expertise in Customer Engagement development and implementation to support integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations which are grounded in key business initiatives and effectively drive revenue growth and maximize customer value and channel engagement
  • Strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence, excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Forwardthinking and ability to anticipate consumer and market needs
  • Customerfirst, yet datadriven mindset with experience in decisionmaking with/through data. Strong analytical skills
  • Inquisitive and creative, paired with being comfortable thriving in ambiguity while managing critical partners
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and establishing direction
  • Experience leading people (matrix or direct)
  • Exceptional project and crossfunctional team management skills
  • Track record of successfully operating and achieving results in a matrix environment
  • Commit to excellence and compliance both in the results achieved and in how they were earned
  • Fluent in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Track record of successfully influencing internal stakeholders
  • Experience in Emerging Markets a plus with specific knowledge
  • Management of a budget
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Participating in virtual meetings outside of regular business hours will occasionally be required to accommodate the need for team equity, as the team is spread across different geographies and time zones.
  • 5% travelling expected.
