training coordinator.

Tasks:

Define the training department's needs.
Design and create plans and training programs.
Program de courses logistics.
Document and report the training advances.

Profile:

Bachelors in business management, education, communication, engineering, or related.
2+ years of experience as training coordinator in automotive or metalmechanic industry.
Conflict resolution skills.
Office package proficient.
Proficient English both written and spoken.
