Requirements:


  • Industrial Engineering or related.
  • Advanced English.
  • Affective communication, easy to speak, empathetic.
  • Office skills (advanced Excell).
  • Customer Service

Responsibilities:


  • Manage communication with thecustomer to ensure timely scheduling and deployment to the plant to meet their deliveries on time and in quantity.
  • Attend and negotiate with the customer their requirements.
  • Receive and analyze customer releases.
  • Ensure to meet customer rules of engagement.
  • Process customer releases in the system.
  • Monitor inventory levels.
  • Prepare detailed production plan.
  • Develop reaction plans to cover increases or delays in deliveries.
