Job Description:

AECOM México busca para un proyecto Ferroviario en Monterrey

Contract Administration Manager

Sus principales funciones serán:

Supervisa la administración y comunicación de todos los elementos de los términos y condiciones contractuales desde la etapa de propuesta hasta el cierre del contrato y la auditoría.
Directamente y a través de subordinados, asiste a todos los departamentos en el desarrollo de contratos dentro de las políticas de la empresa.
Analiza y prepara estimaciones, propuestas y cronogramas de entrega.
Prepara matrices de resumen de contrato para facilitar el seguimiento del cumplimiento.

Dirige a uno o más subordinados con las estimaciones y revisiones de costos de construcción.
