Currently we are looking for our next:

Analista de Automatización

Which is the main objective of this role?

  • Supervise automation portafolio developments performance after go live for analytics and automation projects
  • Lead preventive maintenance program to manage and reduce incidents related to software upgrades/ changes
  • Work & create alliances with tech Infrastructure and operations leaders on new technologies & methodologies that help create operational efficiencies, improvement and maximize installed capacity
  • Continuously improve the governance and documentary methodology of automation developments
  • Boost our brand throught internal social media, forums, benchmark & bring best practices to SSC

What will you be doing?

  • Build maintenance and sustain program to ensure the team follows best practices and standardization of the developing framework and documentation
  • Create a roadmap for developments transfer knowledge to reduce team workload regarding support for incidents
  • Develop a incidents dictionary to direct workload to the appropriate person, maintenance, sustain, new requests due changes, preventive activities with IT business partners
  • Identify software partners and build a strong network to create a preventive maintenance program to assess operations risk and reduce impact due to upgrades or changes in system
  • Develop an SLA system to track service, completion and incident analysis for lessons learned
  • Act as an internal auditor and approver for developments to ensure successful golives
  • Act as an end to end RPA developer on demand

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Bussiness Administration or a related Analytical field with experience in Finance Sector
  • 2+ years of development experience with a solid understanding of programming concepts in SQL,.NET, Visual Basic for Applications and Uipath preferred
years of experience with UiPath, Jidoka, Blueprism, Automation Anywhere or any other RPA technology programming required

  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment
  • Advanced knowledge in Power platform, SAP, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio and Project
  • Highly recommended fluent English speaker
  • Six Sigma, Agile, lean or other relevant methodology certifications is a plus
