As a Knowledge Management Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Knowledge Management and Instructional Design team.

This role will have dual responsibilities supporting our LMS and KMS administration to ensure both platforms are being used to their fullest potential, to drive successful initiatives and by using data insights to engage multiple areas to provide Global Learning or Knowledge Management solutions aligned with companywide objectives, as well as designing and developing effective learning programs that align with business goals and enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.


LMS Analyst:


  • Course activity reporting to identify compliance / participation for assigned recursive trainings.
  • New hire group course assignments and course activity compliance reporting.
  • Conducts Active User roster audits for HR historical purposes, works with HR and WFM to ensure accuracy.
  • Updates Active User information for communication accuracy.
  • Reviews existing compliance / brand courses for quality, currency, consistency, and efficacy while working with training team / SME's to make recommendations for improvement.
  • Creates and manages object, content, and information lifecycle to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and reliability.
  • Helps to test and implement agreedupon emerging technologies to improve learner experience.
  • Assists in uploading and assigning curriculum into the LMS.
  • Maintains high engagement between the KMS, it's content and its consumers i.e., from frontline to senior stakeholders.

KMS Analyst:


  • Generates various weekly reports with a summary analysis to send to Collection Owners.
  • Pull regular reporting for collection owners to identify low performing cards and collection trust scores.
  • Generate weekly reporting on popular search results to identify successful cards vs. unsuccessful cards.
  • Makes recommendations on how to alter the information or design on Guru cards to be more effective based on analytics.
  • Offers constructive feedback and course correction to support material creation and overall maintenance of Guru.
  • Tracks, documents, and summarizes achievements for different phases of the project rollout.
  • Helps triage issues reported by users and takes prompt, appropriate action towards resolution.
  • Is a reliable resource for knowledge stakeholders and responds accurately and promptly to inquires; maintains accurate internal and stakeholder documentation.
  • Analyzes Guru usage and tool insights to understand the return Guru provides to our business using different KPI's and perspectives to understand its full impact.

Instructional Design:


  • Needs Analysis: Conducting a thorough analysis to understand the learning needs of their target audience. This includes identifying the knowledge gaps, learning preferences, and any specific requirements or constraints.
  • Curriculum Design: Developing a structured curriculum or learning plan that outlines the learning objectives, scope, and sequencing of content. This involves deciding what topics to cover, in what order, and how to group them logically.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: After the course or materials are deployed, assessing their effectiveness through formative and summative evaluations. Gathering feedback from learners and stakeholders and use this data to make improvements for future iterations.

Essential Responsibilities:


  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reports to analyze LMS and Guru data to provide recommendations for increasing efficiencies and engagement.
  • Pull and analyze data for collection owners to identify low performing cards and collection trust scores.
  • Generate reporting on popular searches in Guru.
  • Create visual reports for business stakeholders.
  • Assist with ensuring new agents are loaded into the system with the correct departments on a weekly basis, including decommissioning users if needed.
  • LMS course activity and score reporting to ensure compliance and transfer of knowledge.
  • Creating, managing, documenting, and hosting Knowledge Councils to engage area/department stakeholders, and SME's with relevant global learning and knowledge management projects and needs.
  • Helping to identify need for new content or updating existing content based on LMS, KB search data, or other sources e.g., QEM, CEM.

Qualifications/Requirements of the Position:


  • College Degree or 3 plus years of instructional design/training experience required.
  • 3 plus years of Learning management System, or Knowledge Management System admin experience required.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly skilled in data analysis and reporting.
  • Creative problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently for daytoday tasks to ensure onboarding goals and priorities are met.
  • Highly ethical individual that maintains highest degree of confidentiality and integrity
