Overview:
Responsibilities:
Monthly Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute monthly events, including identifying and securing speakers, coordinating logistics, and managing event timelines.
- Conduct postevent assessments and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
Content Creation:
- Write engaging case studies highlighting successful enterprise implementations of IdeaScale.
- Create marketing content for various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, and social media updates.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and cohesive marketing materials.
General Marketing Activities:
- Support the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives for the enterprise team.
- Assist in maintaining and updating marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
- Stay on top of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure brand consistency.
- Contribute to the creation of sales enablement materials to support the enterprise sales team.
- Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and recommend optimizations.
- PeertoPeer Networking Platform: A community for customers to share ideas and learn from each other's experiences.
- Innovation Mentorship Program: Pairing customers with mentors who have a proven track record in innovation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Marketing Expertise
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing events.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Experience with financial modeling and costbenefit analysis to assess the ROI of projects.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms).
- Fluent in written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills.
Content Creation:
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to create compelling and effective content.
- Proficiency in developing case studies, blog posts, and other marketing materials.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and potential event speakers.
Software Proficiency:
- Experience with marketing and design software such as Figma, Canva, Brevo, etc.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- Organizational Skills:
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event management and content creation.
