    Arrow Electronics is looking for an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Guadalajara This position will work the first shift (Monday-Saturday 6:00am-2:00pm).

    What You'll Be Doing

  • Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of warehouse and production center equipment.
  • Follow maintenance requirements with external vendors according to the preventive maintenance calendar, or corrective as needed.
  • Understands the basic safety principles of all pieces of equipment.
  • Takes direction from supervisor in terms of prioritization. Escalates issues beyond scope of expertise .
  • Able to deal with all levels of staff, including verbal interactions with peer technicians, production operators, warehouse associates, crew leads and supervisors, technician supervisors.
  • Able to complete basic problem-solving tasks. May perform basic facility maintenance tasks as required.

    • What You'll Need

  • 6 months - 1 year of related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English
  • Must be proactive and able to work independently
  • Prior experience in the electronics industry highly preferred

    Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

    $15, $18,482.75 MXN Monthly

    Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
