Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
Act as the bridge between the management team and team leaders and create thorough communication channel to deliver messages both top to bottom and bottom to top.
Briefing teams about new initiatives given by management or clients and make sure the standards are met across every team member.
Manage day to day overall operation from inbound to outbound, while meeting the KPI and motivating the team to achieve targets.
Conduct performance reviews with team leaders and to set achievable goals, while providing precise feedback for their development.Communicate thoroughly with system team and to carry out the operational strategy provided by operation manager and system team.
Monitor and assess each departments productivity on daily and monthly basis and communicate with team leaders to provide constructive feedback and coaching
Continuously look for kaizen in operation processes and provide solutions to management team.
Understand the needs and requests from customers and act flexibly to accommodate them accordingly.
We are looking for:
As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for: At least 6 years of experience in the warehouse and distribution logistics sector, in a 3-shift operations and headcount greater than 500 people.
3 years in inventory area.3 years minimum with staff in charge.
Desirable experience working in ecommerce warehouses or lifestyle companies,
Actively collaborate with the floor team, striving to enhance the work environment, streamline operation flows, and innovate team management practices.
A sense of ownership over the products is essential, treating them as your own, and viewing yourself and your team as a vital component.
