We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as
Warehouse Coordinator, based in
Alpha. Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México (E-Systems Division).


As a member of the Materials team, the Warehouse coordinator will be responsible to ensure the inventory exactitude, give an efficient support to the plants, administrate the number status, implement continuous improvement projects and administrate the resources.


Your Task will be

  • Ensure that the bill ́s supervisors receive and process the material at time
  • Ensure the receivement and unloading of the material on the adecuated time.
  • Tracking of cyclic counts plans
  • Raw material adjustment tracking
  • Warehouse inventory accuracy
  • Warehouse discrepancies reports
  • Assuring of the correct designing of the warehouse, layout, and engineering.
  • Continuous Improvement projects in the warehouse area

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or any related field.
  • At least 2 year of experience in the Materials area, in particular on Warehouse.
  • Analytical, Communications and Organizational skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Bilingual (desirable)
  • Capacity of analysis, communication and organizational skills, strictness in achieving goals/ deadlines, synthesis, and decision abilities
