    About the Role

    Responsible for planning, implementation and evaluation new lines launch and improvement changes, increase capacity, flexibilities, customer cost initiative. Successful Launch on New Programs, DCN's implementation, VAVE's management, internal & external transfers, outsourcings / insourcing, special projects execution.

    What You Will Do


    •Must apply the philosophy of HPS. Developing the Harman skills in employees.

    •Responsible for attending recurring meetings, both internal and external, for project progress and new launches.

    •Coordinate the generation and release of all appropriate documentation: PFMEAS, Flow Charts, Control Plans, Visual Aids, etc.

    •Responsible together all the documents to support M Gates reviews.

    •Maintain and communicate the status of the projects, using Microsoft's Project.

    •Comply with quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company.

    •Manage all engineering changes with the CFT and ensure successful implementation.

    •Comply with the review of the status of PLM.

    •Follow up with Program Manager the outstanding point of the PV runs.

    •Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through established communication channels.

    •Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the
    Quality System and Customer Specific Requirements applicable.

    •Coordinate the new models first running, maturity gates, compliance assurance.

    •To represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System.


    •Support to manufacturing area according to the needs of the MBU Manager.

    •Coordinate with Packaging Engineer of new launch.

    •Coordinate and implement VAVE initiatives.

    •Implement Engineer Changes according to DNC implementation process.

    •Participates and provides support related to quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets, and programs.

    •Properly communicate Handovers to plant.

    •Participates and provides support related to quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets, and programs.

    What You Need

    •Bachelor's degree

    •Deep Knowledge Engineering Changes and documentation control.

    •3+ years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.

    •3 years of prior experience coordinating new projects, or any area related to new programs.

    •3 years of prior experience implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence Methods.

    •English 80%, Advance English level reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).

    •Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, PFMEA)

    •SAP system knowledge.

    •Lean Manufacturing Tools

    •MS Project

    •ISO /IATF 16949

    •Applicable customer specific requirements
