They are based across the Texas area and, with a highly skilled and experienced professional team, have dedicated their entire existence to providing their customers with top-quality management, highly efficient problem resolution, and high-end service to help ensure that each condominium association, board, and unit owner have the information and guidance they need to make the best decisions for their community.


As an Back Office Assistant, some of your main activities will be:

  • Coordinate with the Community Association Manager on the requirements for annual Meetings utilizing a checklist.
  • Prepare and mail annual meeting notices as requested.
  • Update association calendars as requested by managers.
  • Maintain owner electronic records and all owner records pertaining to this role in accordance with current processes.
  • Update Board member information in CINC, as requested by the Association Manager.
  • Answer and handle incoming telephone calls, maintaining a good rapport with owners and committees and responding promptly to their requests.
  • Serves as backup for other Administrative Services support staff.
  • Attend monthly department/staff meetings, either virtual or inperson, as required.

WORK SCHEDULE

_ Monday - Friday_

During US Daylight Saving Time:


  • 7:00 AM. 4:00 PM.
    CST MEX.

Standard Time:


  • 8:00 AM. 5:00 PM.
    CST MEX.

THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. TO APPLY, YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN
A 6-HOUR DRIVING DISTANCE FROM OUR OFFICES IN GUADALAJARA, JALISCO, OR MEXICO CITY.

Requirements:

Advanced
English
Skills.

  • 2 years of experience in Administrative or Back-Office positions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Writing).
  • Strong Microsoft Office Knowledge.
  • Tech Savvy.
