Job summary
The Feasibility & Development Planning Analyst supports Marriott's hotel growth strategy across the Caribbean and Latin America by combining market research, financial analysis, and strategic evaluation. This role requires a strong understanding of the tourism and lodging industry, along with foundational real estate finance principles used to assess existing and proposed hotel projects.Qualifications
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken fluency); Portuguese (fluency is a plus but not required).
