Main activities:
Under minimum supervision manages Provide record of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions. Balance books periodically and prepares profit and loss, income and balance sheet statements. Maintain receipts and disbursement reports.

May plan, conduct, and participate in basic analysis of cost assignments, ensuring that all assigned projects adhere to accepted cost accounting standards.

Assist in the preparation of management reports that measure performance against key objectives and strategies.

Forwardthinking forecasts based on financial trends research are typically a key component of the reports that a financial data analyst prepares. (Financial Analysis, Job costing analytics)
May classify labor, material, and overhead costs to compute unit costs of products or services.
Analyze actual costs versus standard costs and prepares reports of variances. Compile cost data for preparation of operating budgets
Prepare cost reports and variance analysis for management with supporting detail to draw conclusions.
Analyze historical revenues and expenses to determine seasonal patterns and anticipate annual requirements

Requirements:

Expert advance excel skills. Able to create advanced excel charts, combine formulas, use macros effectively, and has speed and efficiency working with data.
Advanced understanding ERP systems along with RRD proprietary manufacturing systems (WCCS, shop floor) and BI tool. Understanding of SAP transaction codes, system concepts and accounting flow. Demonstrates the ability to quickly learn
Be able to organize and present information and facts in a logical manner. Start to prepare information in a presentation setting
Strong Mathematical & Analytical Skills
Work with team members to improve existing processes
Be focused to continually improve technical as well as soft skills
