The Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in the sales process by qualifying requests for assistance and guiding qualified prospects to the Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Phone clients to complete their initial intake questionnaire
2. Maintain client information within our CRM system
3. Collaborate with colleagues on missing data, ensuring a seamless client experience
4. Review and validate form information with clients
5. Convert leads into paid consultations with our attorney or sales team

Achieving this goal requires close collaboration with the Sales Team Lead and maintaining accurate records of client interactions.

Requirements:

1. At least a bachelor's degree; alternatively, a proven track record in customer service can be considered
2. 1 year of experience in sales support (desirable)
3. Fluency in English is mandatory

This position is vital in determining client eligibility and identifying potential paths to assistance.
