ABA Outreach Specialist / Business Development Representative
Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Latin America)
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: $6.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST (New York Time)
Job Summary
Are you a high-energy communicator who thrives on building professional relationships? We are seeking a motivated ABA Outreach Specialist / Business Development Representative to help expand our reach and connect families with life-changing in-home ABA therapy services.
In this role, you will be the "voice" of our team, reaching out to pediatricians, schools, and community organizations to establish referral partnerships. This is a high-volume outbound calling (cold calling) position that requires persistence, professional charisma, and a passion for healthcare growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and build targeted call lists of pediatricians, daycares, schools, and therapy clinics.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct structured cold calls to introduce our ABA services to key decision-makers and gatekeepers.
- Relationship Building: Confidently navigate medical offices to identify the correct referral coordinators and secure permission to send intake materials.
- CRM Management: Meticulously track all calls, emails, and follow-up cycles in a shared spreadsheet or CRM.
- Strategic Follow-up: Execute multi-touch outreach campaigns (calls + emails) to maintain ongoing contact with potential referral partners.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, or Sales Development (SDR/BDR).
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in Healthcare, Medical Sales, or the ABA field is highly preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent English speaking and writing skills. You must be able to speak confidently with US-based doctors and school administrators.
- Mindset: A "thick skin" for cold calling and a persistent, goal-oriented personality.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs) and CRM software.
Technical & Work Environment Requirements
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
- Quiet Environment: A dedicated, professional home office space with zero background noise (essential for professional medical calling).
- Connectivity: Reliable high-speed internet (Minimum 20 Mbps) with a stable power backup.
- Hardware: A high-quality noise-canceling headset and a reliable computer.
