HR Solutions Manager, multiple locations remote (Mexico, Brazil or Costa Rica)

HR Solutions Manager

3M Human Resources is implementing a HR Solutions Team to drive the highest impact programs and prioritized projects for BGs, functions, and HR.

This organization will be responsible for developing and implementing business-focused solutions through iterative and collaborative approaches, partnering directly with clients and stakeholders to achieve desired and sustainable outcomes.

As a HR Solutions Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

Develop, propose, and implement organization designs that meet the needs and strategic priorities of business and functional clients
Lead complex and global projects, including scoping project deliverables, identifying measurable outcomes, anticipating and proactively planning change impacts, etc.
Create and implement strategies to meet the needs of current and anticipated capability needs within specific BGs and Functions; including partnering with COE SMEs to determine the most effective way to build or acquire capabilities
Design and implement highimpact strategies, initiatives, or processes (e.g., change management plans, retention programs, strategies for workforce reductions, expansions, or shifts, etc.)
Lead HR process design or redesign to align to ParentCo's operating model and new HR structure (potential, performance, promotion, etc.)
Partner with business clients and the HR M&A team on execution of mergers, acquisitions, and/or divestitures

Your Skills and Expertise

Bachelor's Degree or higher
8+ years of Human Resources experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Experience leading cross-functional/global project teams or workstreams
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Strong communication skills with an ability to distill complex topics into clear and relevant messaging and adjust communication approach based on relevant audience
Experience working with Agile methodology
Experience partnering with clients in designing and implementing organizational designs that meet business objectives
Experience with or demonstrated knowledge of change management, including identifying change impacts, creating and implementing mitigation strategies, and measuring change process/success
Experience executing people plans aligned to business strategies (capability planning/advancement, employee engagement, talent management, DEI initiatives, etc.)
Diverse experience across multiple HR disciplines (plant, business, COEs, etc.) preferred
Global HR experience preferred
Bilingual proficiency preferred
