SUMMARY OF ROLE
To perform tool UPH study, headcount utilization study, monitoring and analyzing tool OEE performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Perform OEE analysis and identify improvement opportunities to maximize the capacity. Provide the best layout option for production process flow and ensure the layout is updated. Perform time study on man and machine and define optimum resources for production. Co-work with different departments for all the UPH/OEE improvement projects.

Prepare regular OEE report and chair weekly OEE improvement meeting Train IE Technicians on time study methodology and OEE analysis.

Responsible to provide leadership and expertise in the lean activities, VSM, 5S, Standard Work, One Piece Flow, Pull Production, Takt Time Production, JIT, Heijunka, Jidoka and etc.

Responsible to collaborate with Operations and non-operation teams to identify areas of waste elimination. Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Quality standards, rules and regulations
