High Level Mission StatementOur mission is to promote KEMX success. This is accomplished by
providing direction and support to the manufacturing lines, by
maintaining open communication with all functions, and by defining,
communicating, implementing and maintaining the Quality System.
Manufacturing Management strives to lead by example in meeting
our Customers expectation of quality and delivery.
High Level Statement of the Role
The "Process Engineer III" is responsible to ensure the quality and
productivity of the manufacturing of processes on a day-to-day
basis within the framework of the quality, safety and environmental
systems. Responsible to support the NPI activities according the
Engineering procedure as well as continuous improvement to
accomplish the goals at KEMX following al customer and internal
requirements.
High Level Roles & Responsibilities.
- Authority to strengthen the OH&S culture with focus on
people's security and health and strengthen process safety.
Authority to enforce the CoC (Code of Conduct) and the Internal
Rules. Authority to stop unsafe work.
- Authority to report to Management the performance of the
Authority to request corrective actions if Quality goals are not
meet. Authority to comply with customer requirements,
Authority to correct quality Problems.
- Understand, support and follow our quality system at KEMX,
9001,14001, IATF,16949,13485, safety and environment
- Create, analyze and implement Engineering changes activities.
- Analyze, understand and meet customer requirement thru the
- Define, implement and update documentation like, PFD,
- Define, monitor and optimize new and existing processes, or
their performance.
- Create, update & optimize the preventive and predicted
- Buy new equipment according with VAD (VALUE ADD
- Run process validation, analyze and file an analysis to conclude
- Support and participate root cause analysis and corrective action
- Execute and follow up reaction plan and troubleshoot equipment
- Provide fast/effective solutions for problems affecting our
- Follow up and meet target dates on time for those action time
