QUALITY SUPERVISOR
Role Summary
Analysis and monitoring of problems based on internal complaints, considering those generated in GP12 inspection.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis and monitoring of problems based on internal complaints, considering those generated in GP12 inspection.
- Continuously train the personnel involved in the release of the product on sample parts and acceptance criteria, considering Auditors and GP12 personnel.
- Coordinate material containment for internal and external claims, as well as GP1
- Verify and ensure the execution of controls implemented in the process and in GP1
- Verify and ensure the correct execution of inspections in GP1
- Distribution of operational tasks to GP12 Auditors and inspectors, secured process records for analysis.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area and the company.
- Management and supervision of assigned personnel.
- Ensure control of inventories and/or labels of materials that are assigned to temporary inspection areas, disposal of rejected materials, SAP management according to process needs.
- Ensure the correct dissemination of internal or external quality alerts throughout the operational flow.
- Analysis and solution of problems
Education
TSU, Industrial Engineering, manufacturing, Quality or similar
Work Experience
- Experience in automotive industry preferably

- Knowledge of the ISO TS 16949 standard
- Norma IATF 16949:2016, VDA 6.3 y VDA
